Spot on Reo has been awarded the new 5 star luxury resort build of the Calile Noosa by Calco Constructions.

This is the first resort build on the Sunshine Coast in decades!

Nestled in a bushland setting, the resort will accommodate 153 rooms, 29 suites and four villas, along with a 50-metre swimming pool and a second pool in a private garden setting. Additionally, it will include wellness and exercise facilities, restaurants, retail offerings and a function room.

Project is due to commence in mid June with 2000 tonne of reinforcement to be placed on this project, we will be seeking experienced steel fixers to join us on one of the biggest Sunshine Coast projects of 2026-27 with 18 months full time work on offer, offering great rates above the usual Sunshine Coast $$ and job security with a lot of hours available.
