Growing older doesn't have to be scary or sad. Sure, things change– your body slows down, routines shift and life doesn't always move as smoothly as it once did. but that's not a bad thing.

Change can mean freedom, a new chapter. You have made it through so much– seen history unfold, built memories worth framing and learned lessons no one can take from you. At least in this new chapter of life, you are not making the wild mistakes of your teen years, haha. Now, you are wiser, calmer and more grounded.

And that's something to celebrate!
