Moonlight Magic 2025

Last month, our residents from Greenslopes House and Clayfield House joined the Civitas Group team for an unforgettable evening at Micah Projects’ 18th Moonlight Magic Dinner Dance.

Held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, the event welcomed over 600 attendees to celebrate inclusion, joy, and community connection. From dancing under the lights to sharing stories over dinner, it was a beautiful reminder of the power of belonging.

Strengthening Community Partnerships

Recently, we proudly hosted Minister Josh Wilson and Renee Coffey, Labour’s candidate for Griffith, to discuss the tangible impacts of the Energy Efficiency Grant programs.

The visit highlighted the transformative benefits of these initiatives, including the installation of new energy-efficient hot water units and dryers, which have greatly enhanced sustainability for our residents. Renee’s extensive experience in mental healthcare brought valuable insights, enriching the conversation and reinforcing our shared commitment to inclusive community support.

A sincere thank you to our dedicated team and residents for their warm reception and active participation. Together, we are driving meaningful change and building a brighter, more sustainable future.

Throwing it back to our awesome BBQ at Greenslopes House on September 12th!

We had an incredible morning full of great food, fun activities, and even better company. It was all about laughter, delicious BBQ, and making warm connections with our community.

The Greenslopes House gardening club offers an opportunity for residents to participate in a social activity and take on the responsibility of looking after their garden every day.
