We are pleased to be offering support to the National Lung Cancer Screening program starting on 1 July, which aims to save 12,000 lives over next decade!

After years of lobbying from patients, the first ever national lung cancer screening program will roll out next month for people who have a significant history of smoking.

This National Spinal Health Week, the Australian Chiropractors Association () is raising awareness about the global health concern caused by poor posture through prolonged use of digital devices.

If you fall in the 58% of Australians who admit they use their devices too much, here are some top tips to prevent the dreaded Tech Neck:
1. Sit in a comfortable upright posture
2. Hold your handheld devices at eye level
3. Limit the time you spend on your devices
4. Take regular movement breaks
5. Avoid looking down at your phone while walking

Here’s to giving gentle reminders to our friends and family to 'mind their posture'! 😊
