No Spoons to Cook came about after countless conversations of sharing hacks and recipes, talking about why do our clinical care teams gloss over diet or make it unattainable, how to make keto and nutrition easier and more accessible. Founders, Kerry and Leigh have been living a keto and low carb lifestyle for years, using food as medicine (in additional to our traditional treatments) and know it helps increase our spoons. Weโ€™ve learned ways to make our spoons count in the kitchen, finding ways to adapt how we shop, prep and cook to reduce the spoons it takes and still eat delicious, nutritiously dense food that we actually enjoy. Weโ€™re not claiming to have all the answers. No Spoons to Cook is based on our own experience and research, and what we know works best for us. Our recipes focus on low inflammatory ingredients, whole foods and are founded in ketogenic and low carb ways of eating.
