Meet Emily
You’ll usually spot her in a hat, coaching our LIFT classes and helping clients build confidence through strength training 💪

Emily is a qualified Personal Trainer who’s passionate about making strength training feel approachable, empowering, and sustainable. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to level up your training, she’s all about strong foundations, good technique, and helping you realise you’re capable of more than you think.

Her classes bring the perfect mix of encouragement, challenge, and clear coaching, with a big focus on safe progression and leaving you feeling strong and proud of yourself by the end of every session.

When she’s not in the studio, Emily is usually juggling toddler life, walking her dogs Pup & Milo, or fitting in her own training sessions.

A few Emily fun facts:

At BodyLife, our Pods are guided by a Pilates Practitioner.

This means your teacher has completed a comprehensive diploma, not just a short course, and belongs to an industry association that required ongoing education.

They are trained to:
• Understand how different bodies move
• Adapt exercises to suit you
• Guide your progression over time

In a Pod, you are not just following along. You are working through your own individualised program, with expert guidance throughout.

Adrienne brings this approach into every session she teaches.

With a background as a professional contemporary dancer and years of movement experience, Adrienne brings a thoughtful and highly individual approach to every session.

We’ve opened up a new Pilates Pod timeslot at the studio.

Pods are our small group sessions, with a maximum of four people. Each person follows their own individualised program, with guidance and progression throughout.

It is a way to build strength, move with purpose, and stay consistent week to week, while still receiving personalised support.

For many people, Pods offer an accessible way to train regularly, without losing the quality of care and attention that matters.

Spots are limited.

If you have been looking for a way to get started, or to find a rhythm that supports you more consistently, this could be a great fit.
