You can find Ange teaching in our group reformer studio, but her true passion lies in teaching clients one-on-one or in small groups in our fully equipped studio.
✨What do you love to work with in your private sessions? I love working with clients managing injuries, health conditions, or seeking a deeper Pilates practice. My focus is improving mobility, alignment and core strength through mindful movement.
✨What motivates your teaching? Movement is medicine. Seeing clients grow stronger, more confident, and reach their goals each week is the best part of my job.
✨What do you do in your free time? I’m often on the Pilates caddie, at ballet or martial arts, or exploring new Brisbane patisseries with a coffee and pastry!
