RELOCATION...

We have said farewell to Brisbane and hello back to the Gold Coast..

Dan and I have shifted our clinic back to Labrador and after a hectic move we are up and running and ready to welcome our new GC clients.

Looking after your mental health is my special interest and as a function medicine practitioner I will work to identify and treat the causes, triggers and antagonises.

International Tea Day!

Tea, it's so much more than a refreshing drink. It's medicine, it's therapy, and it connects people together.

My favourite tea is toss between jasmine and licorice.
Jasmine has a deep connection with traditional Chinese medicine and connecting family and friends 🧡
Licorice tastes delicious, but more importantly is therapeutic properties for supporting stress management and healing are profound. ❤️
