Due to Covid overseas yoga and adventure holidays to Italy - Positano, Amalfi Coast, Rome and Umbria - plus Lord Howe Island and Nepal have been postponed. However, 3 and 5 night yoga and relaxation retreats will be held at the Sunshine Coast Hinterlands.

The Annapurna Trail in the Himalayas is an amazing trek … so many memories …
To get supplies to remote areas they use either humans or horses .. we were told the horses have the right of way - and we had no issue in honouring this.
