Smaller class sizes mean we can give you a truly personal workout, encouraging movement in a way that feels right for you, whether you’re a Pilates pro, or just getting started. Our deep knowledge of anatomy and movement, and years of experience in working with all kinds of bodies, means you can expect careful attention to the way your body moves, so you get the most out of each and every workout. With three individual studio spaces, we can offer you the ultimate in variety. Our GROUP STUDIO focuses on small group training with Mat Pilates, Barre, Stretch, Yoga and Motr. Our REFORMER STUDIO offers personalised Reformer classes with no more than six clients. You will be guided by our expert instructors, ensuring you achieve the results you are looking for. We offer a variety of memberships and class packs. You can get started with our special opening offer of 2 weeks for $100 - with access to two studios and includes 2 Reformer classes + 4 Group Classes.
