Technology has reshaped every facet of our lives, revolutionizing health, communication, and how we process information. While the benefits are undeniable, not all advancements have been positive. Growing concerns about security, privacy, and ethical data management are increasingly coming to light.
Enter Tech4Good.
This approach views technology through a broader, people-first lens—prioritizing humanity and sustainability over unchecked innovation. It asks critical questions:
Who will use it?
How will it impact lives now and in the future?
What are the ripple effects beyond its intended use?
By centering on how technology affects people, Tech4Good ensures innovations serve the greater good, fostering security, connection, and progress for humanity.
We’re proud to support initiatives that champion technology for long-term human benefit. Let’s innovate with purpose.

Let's personalise HIIT! 💪

Tabata (20:10 x 8)

True Tabata requires you to work at maximal effort for 20 seconds with only 10 seconds rest, repeated for eight bouts. This style of training would be best suited to those who recover quickly and love the challenge. The key is that they are able to continue to reach the required intensity in each interval.

HIIE (30s:4min x 4-6) AKA Gibala/Burgomaster’s

This style of high-intensity training allows for longer rest periods between bouts. This supports the recovery of the CP-system, allowing for greater efforts during the high intensity bouts. Interestingly, similar benefits to Tabata can be found, with some studies showing a benefit in both fat loss and insulin sensitivity. This style is perfect for those who have a higher percentage of fast-twitch muscle fibres, are predisposed to insulin resistance, and take longer to recover between bouts of activity.

LVIT (1min work:1min rest x 10)

This low volume, submaximal, interval-training method was designed to provide the same benefits of HIIT without the need for repeated maximal bouts. This format makes it a user-friendly option for those who are less inclined to want to push to the limits and need a less stress and more time-effective way of achieving similar results.

If your client is not responding to an exercise program, it might mean they need a different protocol to suit their unique needs.

Are You Using Chronobiology to Boost Client Outcomes?
Did you know when your clients eat, move, or rest can be just as important as what they do? Timing matters. Or more importantly, getting it wrong (known as desynchrony) can lead to weight gain, fatigue, poor program response, and even health challenges.
Most people know there are early birds, night owls and punctual pigeons (not early or late). But what isn’t widely known is the relationship to stress tolerance. Early birds can tolerate and thrive with stress early in the day, while night owls hit their power cycle later in the day. THis can be critical when advising a client on exercise and movement. Plus, it affects their recovery. They need a different timing of food, mental exertion, rest, socialization and more.
Get this right, your clients will sail easily toward their optimal results. Get it wrong and everything is delayed.

🔥 Spotlight on Our PHA Ambassadors! 🔥
Meet the exceptional leaders of our community who are paving the way for the future of Precision Health. With passion, expertise, and a commitment to human wellbeing, they’re transforming health one step at a time. 💪🌍
Meet Michelle:
Hi! My name is Michelle Ong.

I am a mom to 5 amazing kids and wife to a successful corporate executive. I know firsthand how it is to be overwhelmed with various responsibilities at home and at work, whilst navigating through the ever evolving changes in a woman's body and the stresses that come along with life events.

My passion for coaching started with my stint as a Metabolic Health Coach for a supplement company in 2017. In 2019, I started bleeding heavily during my monthly cycles while going through grief and relationship issues. I was prescribed medication and was told that I may have to take the pills up until I reach post menopause. I didn't want to become reliant on the medication so I decided to take my certification as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach in 2020. I wanted to empower myself in knowing why my body was struggling despite living a seemingly healthy lifestyle. While I became physically better, I felt I needed to know which specific strategies can be best applied to my clients since we each have a unique body.

Being introduced to ph360 in 2023 was a game changer. With the learnings from ph360 in the field of epigenetics, its AI technology and community support, I am now providing women a personalized and precise approach to nutrition, exercise and lifestyle. My clients and I also work together in discovering their inherent strengths to empower them to live their life to the fullest in the best of health. It's amazing to see how implementing the ph360 approach has made my clients healthier, joyful, more energetic, and have a renewed sense of self.

Unless the partnership isn’t helpful.
While sometimes we may want our old friends to join us on a brand new adventure, that can lead to everyone deciding it’s easier to stick with the status quo.

Sometimes it’s better to pick an accountability buddy who is already excelling where you want to step up your game.

This goes for our clients, too. It’s like habit stacking - linking a new habit to one that is already set. That stability can be enough to pull that new habit into routine. PLUS: Some cilents enjoy their alone time, which opens a completely different avenue for discussion!

Sensors have small, light bones that are not designed to carry large amounts of weight. Whilst weight lifting is absolutely needed to reduce the risk of osteoporosis and strengthen the joints, it is important we use lighter weights and be mindful of overhead pressing and particular isolated exercises that place increased load on the joints.

As the nervous system is particularly sensitive to stress through ectodermic dominance in development, use of large blocks of heavy resistance training or failure based work is not advised, as this places more of a neurological demand on the system.

Barre, Pilates, BodyPump style classes are great examples of low resistance activities perfect for the Sensor type.

Engaging in Yoga, Tai-Chi and Dance can also be a great way for the Sensor to engage in physical activity in a way that supports the mind and helps to dial down the nervous system.

Give this Sensor friendly class a go!

Connectors have the capacity to tolerate larger amounts of volume, across a wider variety of movements, rep ranges and training styles. A very resilient, yet capable body as a result of meso and endoderm influence in development.

Due to their need for Oxytocin, the more a Connector can workout with others, the better it is for their body and mind!

They LOVE variety and working as a team, so you’ll definitely find Connectors in sporting or fitness environments (often group exercise instructors) where they get plenty of social interaction and teamwork! ⁣

Do You Leverage HRV for Precision Health?
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is more than just a number to track, it's a powerful tool to decode your clients' autonomic nervous system (ANS) and uncover how their bodies respond to stress, emotions, sleep, exercise, and more.
At PHA, ongoing research with ph360 and Shae® reveals fascinating trends linking HRV to HealthTypes™. For instance, clients with a stronger fight-or-flight response (on the left side of the HealthType circle) tend to have lower morning HRV, while those with a more relaxed baseline show higher HRV at the start of their day.
HRV isn’t about hitting an "ideal range." It’s about using this data as personal feedback to fine-tune lifestyle habits, improve resilience, and track the impact of tailored health strategies. Higher HRV often correlates with better cardiovascular fitness and stress resilience, while lower HRV may signal the need for support.
With continuous data collection and biometric tracking, Precision Health is refining client care to an unparalleled level, helping health professionals like you deliver results that truly align with each individual’s needs.
Are you ready to get even more precise with your clients?

With a larger body mass, thicker joints and the most amount of white/fast twitch muscle fibres, Guardians are built for strength and power!

As a result, it is best to pick training methodologies that recruit large amounts of muscle fibres with a high level of force. With cardiovascular training, the work:rest ratio of High Intensity Intermittent Exercise (HIIE) is a preferred method, working all out for 30 seconds, then taking 3-4 minutes to recover at an aerobic pace.

Get your strongman on with this Guardian Session (you’ll need some weight for this one):

5 x Deadlifts
5 x Barbell Shoulder Press
20m Farmers Carry

3-4 mins rest
Repeat x5
