HOW DO I USE THE X39 PATCH?
Place X39 patch at the base of neck or belowupur belly button, pr anywhere on body where you want extra support. Wear a new X39 patch each day for 12 hour's then remove and take a 12 break from X39.After your 12 hour break, reapply a new X39 patch the next day.This is called the 12/12 method. Do this consistently every single day for a minimum of six months. You can wear it up to 16 hours per day,but make sure you give yourself at least 8 hour break everyday so as not to cause attenuation.
WHAT IS ATTENUATION ?
Attenuation is when you use something to often and it becomes less effective. If you waer lifewave patches for 24 hours per day,seven days aweek, after around 30 days for this kind of use,your body will stop responding to phototherapy. The most beneficial usage for X39 is to wear 13 hours on and q2 hours off.
WHAT IF I FORGET AND WEAR X39 FOR 24H HOURS ?
You can apply a new patch and keep it going or take a 12-24 hour break. If you consistently forget and wear X39 for 24 hours every day,give yourself a 24 to 48 hour break every 5 days of 24- hour use and try to get back onto a 12/12 schedule. You will see faster results with the12/12 schedule and slower results with a 24/24 schedule.
CAN I USE X39 PATCH EVERY OTHER DAY AND STILL GET RESULTS
Skipping a day of X39 will interfere with your progress. You need to stay on X39 for 6 months for the full benefits.If you wearevery other day it will take up to 12 months to see results.
CAN I WEAR THE X39 PATCH AT NIGHT INSTEAD OF DAY?
Some find it easier to wear X39 at night
During the detox phase. You may continue to wearable night as needed.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I HAVE USED X39 FOR A FULL 6 MONTHS? CAN I STOP?

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR DETOX?
