As a coach of 17 years I thought it would be a great time to give my opinion on judging people in the gym with what’s going on the Australian fitness community online recently
The gym is a positive space where people come to better themselves, laughing or filming someone who is training incorrectly is not on, it’s just straight bullying basically.
We all start somewhere remember and everyone has every right to be there and better themselves.
Over the years, literally thousands of times, people have messaged me about having gym anxiety / being too nervous to attend or be judged, the last thing these people want is to be filmed in the gym or feel they’re being laughed at, so everyone should keep that in mind before going so.
Let’s all do our part to make people feel
comfortable and make negative judgement in the gym / gym bullying a thing of the past.
