Hi Everyone
Im running a session special of $55 until end of October 2025 for Online sessions. Sessions run for 1 x hour and applicable to Online sessions only. Can be utilised for any modality and... modalities can be mixed and matched during sessions.
For example ~ We could start with a body dialogue session, connecting in with body wisdom, the subconscious and somatic. Then after gathering valuable insights we could make a plan with body wisdom, maybe bringing in some nutrient dense meals, or reducing toxins, or other lifestyle changes. Its always one of my favorite days of the week when our Spray-Free Farmacy order arrives. Yay!
Yes I do get so excited about beautiful food, especially fruit and veggies!
Here's a quick rundown of some of the things we'll be making with this yummy produce.
- Kraut - carrot, cabbage, beets, ginger, tumeric, apple.
- LOTS of steamed and baked veggies.
- Cold pressed Juice.
- Pear & Strawberry Muffins.
- Lemon/ Lime & Ginger Gummies.
- Fermented green bananas for cooking & porridge.
- Slow cooked stew ( and for some reason I feel called to add some beetroot in. I totally trust this message from my body, my nervous system, my microbiome - as well as my families's because we're all connected and I trust in whatever nutrients and information adding in beetroot will bring ).
- Cauliflower/ Garlic nan bread ( to accompany the above stew ).

Yay! Our Spray-Free Farmacy order has arrived and look at these lovely fresh veggies. This is just a little glimmer of our order and I wanted to share these beauties the most because these are our favorites, and what Im about to steam for tonights dinner. Check out those squash Yum! I am so looking forward to gifting my body such nutritious sustenance.

I have been absolutely CRAVING cauliflower and its been requested by kids for lunch boxes, so 2 were ordered this time.

Every few days I am blessed to be able to steam up a big batch of these fresh veggies that then go into glass containers ready for meals and lunch boxes.

Sharing a family fav at the moment.
Fermented, slow baked apples. Yum!

Did you know that fermenting the apple prior to baking reduces the sugar, and increases the nutrient bioavailability. IN this instance we are wanting to increase quercetin as we shift into the cooler seasons.

These are great warm or cold in a lunch box and can be prepared in bulk too.

Hey Everyone
Here's a little tip for storing broccoli in the fridge. ( Thanks to EW for sharing it with me )! It lasts and stays fresh for significantly longer this way. A few things to note. Always use filtered water/ not tap water, and use a glass container.
Wash your broccoli and let it dry or pat it dry, then place the stems into a glass container with enough water to cover the base of the stem, and refill as needed. Ive shared a pic below of our fridge so you can see how we do it.

I usually order organic or spray free fruit and veggies fortnightly from Spray-Free Farmacy so good storage is important. We do also part steam some veggies and portion them into the freezer to use as needed during busy times. Mostly the rest of the produce is kept in the bottom draw of the fridge either loose or in brown paper bags they come in.
Before we place everything in the fridge its either washed or wiped over with a clean cloth too.
