Well, couples may also create a "Relationship Vision," a plan to both brainstorm goals that incorporate all aspects of their relationship.
Not all relationships have the same focus or objectives.

To listen:- to give your attention to the verbal sounds and non-verbal messages of another.
To be heard:- To feel acknowledged by another.
This is my understanding of listening and being heard. Have you given listening and being heard much thought? How would you and your partner discuss your ideas around listening and being heard?
