I met Our member of parliament Basma Asif and found a difference here in Australia. She just came , no security guards, no ho***rs , no long chain of red light cars . She was meeting people and talking to them . I wish one day it would be happen in India, people would meet politicians like her.🩷🩷

Today I went to attend Diwali festival in Bayno and met Bisma Ali , our member of parliament. She is such a lovely lady who was listening every one who’s ever wanted to talk to her . I was lucky to meet her and shared my views about our parks . Thanks Basma Ali for giving us your time.🩷🩷

Easy way to calm down your anxiety:1 Take 5-10 deep breaths.
2:Close your eyes and just put your one hand on your heart and other hand on your belly button.
3:Drink a glass of water.
4:Go for a walk .
Last but not the least decide that you are taking tiny steps to fix up and will get success in this situation.❤️❤️
