💙 Today we say goodbye (for now) to Lydia 💙

Today marks Lydia’s last day with Holt For Moore Support, and we want to take a moment to sincerely thank her for the incredible commitment, advocacy, and care she has shown our participants.

Lydia has been a valued part of our team, consistently going above and beyond to support participants and families and to advocate fiercely for what is right. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication have made a meaningful impact, and she will be greatly missed.

While we wish our time working together had started much earlier, we are grateful for everything Lydia has contributed during her time with us. We wish her nothing but the very best as she moves into her next chapter, and we’re certain this won’t be the last time our paths cross.

Reflecting on 2025 & the Growth of HFMS

As we welcome 2026, we find ourselves reflecting on what has been an incredibly meaningful year for Holt for Moore Support (HFMS).

2025 marked a huge chapter for us — a year of growth, learning, and connection. From the early days of building HFMS, to forming strong relationships with our participants, families, staff, and the many providers we proudly work alongside, we are so grateful for every step of the journey.

Through audits, reviews, and everyday practice, the feedback we’ve received has been truly humbling. Hearing the positive experiences shared by our participants, their families, our dedicated staff, and our valued provider partners reinforces why we do what we do.

We are incredibly proud of the connections we’ve made, the lives we’ve touched, and the trust placed in us to walk alongside people in their NDIS journeys. None of this would be possible without the passion, integrity, and care of our team and the community that surrounds HFMS.

As we step into 2026, we remain committed to continuing to advocate, support, and enhance quality of life — always guided by compassion, collaboration, and genuine care.

🎄💚 A Christmas Wish Come True 💚🎄

This Christmas, we wanted to share a special moment that truly highlights why advocacy and persistence matter.

Tracy has been supporting this wonderful family, and without the right feeding chair, one of the boys was at high risk during mealtimes. Tracy worked tirelessly — pushing and advocating every step of the way — to ensure this essential piece of Assistive Technology arrived before Christmas.

This week, Tracy had the joy of visiting the family in person to see the feeding chair set up and ready to use. Seeing the relief, smiles, and confidence it has already brought was incredibly rewarding.

And best of all — Liam was so proud to show Tracy his new feeding chair 💚💚

We are so grateful to be part of moments like this and wish this amazing family a very Merry Christmas filled with safety, comfort, and joy 🎄✨
