Mealtime Monday!
I won't put up the complete ingredient list for this as it is quite lengthy but you can make the broth from store bought laksa paste, some lime juice, chicken stock (or bone broth), coconut milk, and kaffir lime leaves.
Top it with your favourite noodles, protein (I normally use chicken or seafood marinara with fried tofu), bean sprouts, and asian greens (like bok choy, which I forgot to get). There are so many other toppings you can put on here, like fried onions, to make it your own!
Keep in mind that this dish is so yum that it is easy to overeat, so remember to portion your serve :)
