Ever wonder what a difference $5,000 could make? Just ask Clayton McIntosh, founder of Crocodile Crocodile and winner of our most recent BizGiver competition!

Clayton is on a mission to make design more inclusive for everyone, especially people with disabilities. His wish was for a professional camera to film and capture stories from people with disabilities.

“I have the skills and experience, but I didn’t have the tools,” said Clayton.

That’s where BizGiver came in. Thanks to BizGiver, his new camera is already helping him elevate those unheard voices and grow his business.

📢 The next round is coming VERY soon. If you’re a small biz owner with a dream, keep your eyes peeled!

Let me make this a bit clearer.

When I take kids to the park, the play equipment is often boring or inaccessible, so we have to improvise. I’ve found that running a pretend game show, or more accurately, a series of mini games like in Mario Party, can work wonders with kids of different ages and abilities.

Here are some ideas for skill-based mini games:
• Running races
• Obstacle courses
• Throwing, retrieving, or target games
• Trivia (sometimes)
• Balancing challenges (make a tower out sticks)
• Timed challenges (collecting leaves, rocks, or sticks... Count wheels)

Here are some ideas for luck-based games:
• Guessing games (like how many fingers am I holding up)
• Stand in a zone and one player gets randomly eliminated
• Spin or toss an object to see who it points to

Games that feel skill-based but are actually luck-based:
• Guessing what will happen (for example, how many people will walk past in 30 seconds)
• Will my item land the right way up or not?

I think I can do a better job of explaining this, so I’ll probably do it in future reels.

Help me out if you’ve got ideas!
