Craving KFC but still want to stick to your PCOS-friendly weight loss goals? I've got the perfect order that gives you all the flavor with minimal impact on your hormones and weight management!

Order:

Pepsi Max: Ditch the regular sugary sodas and opt for Pepsi Max! It’s a zero-calorie, sugar-free option that satisfies your soda craving without spiking your blood sugar or insulin levels.

Zinger Crunch Bowl: The Zinger Crunch Bowl is a good choice when you’re craving something filling.
