👉SESSION PAYMENT...
Payments are to be made within 24 hours of the completion of the session, unless arrangements are otherwise agreed upon.
Payments 2 weeks in arrears will incur a late fee of $20. A late fee will be added weekly, till fully paid.
Sessions will cease if payments need to be chased.
👉 REGULAR CLIENT DISCOUNT...
Due to Regular Sessions being booked, receiving a discount and cancelling - the Regular Session Discounts will now start AFTER the 5th Session.
Paying by Square - nullifies the Regular Client Discount.
👉 CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING FEE..
New Client
- Loss of $50 (3hr session) OR $100 (6hr session) of Booking Fee.
Returning & Regular Client
Within 1 (24hrs) Business Day
- Full Session Charge
Within 2 (48hrs) Business Days
- 1/2 Session Charge
Outside of that..
- $50 Admin Fee

If you request a Session, a Booking Fee is to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the Booking Fee information.
Details are as follows:
- 9hr Session Booking Fee - $175.00.
- 6hr Session Booking Fee - $175.00.
- 3hr Session Booking Fee - $87.50.
- Send a screen shot of the payment.
- The Booking Fee holds your session.
- No Booking Fee - No Session.
- Booking Fee comes off the session payment.

I often receive messages from clients asking me "Do you know where..." or "Where did you put..." Most of the time I know where things are or I reply with where they should look.
Generally I assume that my clients have actually looked for the items before messaging me, asking me as a last resort. Lately, I have become the 'first port of call' for some..and I end up finding the items in the children's bedrooms.

For those that read my posts.

Each Saturday when I am typing this post..I try to remember where I have been without looking at my calendar. I get rather excited when my memory works.

QUESTION:
What do you do with your cereal boxes when you open them?
Do you decant them?
Do you end up destroying the boxes when you open them?

Found some new things at Kmart..
Would you purchase their cleaning products?
They are very cheap..but do they work?

One of my families had a new nanny start in their home. I saw her in the morning, I didn't know she was going to be there. I showed her around the house, showed her where things were..then when she came back for the afternoon shift, I showed her what the house looks like when it was tidied, where everything goes, so she would be able to keep on top of it while I am not there.

I woke this morning and realised today is a special day...
Yeah..it's Saturday and I have a hair appointment, to get rid of all the white hairs, not grey's, but bright white..
Oh and "Happy Valentine's Day". 🤣

My week was incredibly exhausting.
I have started to implement limits on what I do for my clients. I love that I can help my clients in their homes, but I need to start saying "NO". It does take a while for some people (especially me) to realise that's ok.

I am going to admit something..this week was a little bit of a struggle for me.
I actually turned to ChatGPT to give myself a bit of a pep-talk.
My clients know that after a session with me, they can walk in the door to a fully reset home. They know that I don't judge them for the state of their homes.
But it started to become a little overwhelming..walking in to my clients children's bedrooms find all the of folding I've done thrown on the floor/thrown around the room and used tissues thrown on the floor/expecting me to pick them up, just felt like a little too much disrespect.
Plus I know there will not be a 'Thank you', from my client or the children..forth coming.

Back Story first...I’ve been a Nanny since ‘94..working for many families..over time I have been paying attention to tidying up. I have always been a tidy person..making sure everything had a place. In my own home I have become a tad Obsessive Compulsive about everything being tidy. With this Obsessive Compulsiveness..I had started to help my families..by organising their homes. It started small..a linen closet here..a drawer there..a bathroom cabinet or two. My families loved this..so I stepped up my game..which brings us to now..

Here is a list of the Services that I offer..

TIDYING - “GET UP AND GO” $135/3HRS - $45/HR This includes: all beds made all rooms of the house tidied washing folded dishwasher loaded/emptied garbage bin emptied Upon request - change bed linen/towels and any other task. ANYTHING NOT CLEANING BASED.

ORGANISING - Home $135/3HRS - $45/HR Pretty much anything that needs organising.. Kitchen and Fridge Laundry Linen Bathrooms Wardrobes/Drawers Garage Decluttering (this can be done with your help..or by myself..)

ORGANISING - Lives $135/3HRS - $45/HR Need things picked up? Need errands run? Have a technician coming to your home and you can’t be there? (why not get me in to Tidy up while I wait..)

A bit of this and some of that $135/3HRS - $45/HR A bit of tidying with some organising.. A lot of organising with some tidying.. Tidying with some errands.. Errands with some Organisation..

PACKING/UNPACKING $135/3HRS - $45/HR Are you moving OR have just moved? Getting that overwhelming feeling? Don’t know where to start? Wish you could have a helping hand? Know of someone who needs help packing/unpacking?

BOOKING FEE $45 1 HR non-refundable Booking Fee to ALL new clients. (Will not be waived) Booking Fee will be taken off the cost of the first booking. Once payment of the Booking Fee (within 24 hours) has reached my account..that will confirm the booking.

CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL CLIENTS.. 2 Cancellation Fee rates: 1. Outside 24HRS of the booking time. - 1HR Cancellation Fee 2. Within 24HRS of the booking time. -Full Booking Charge *Cancellation fee is to be paid before the next booking. *If a cancellation fee is not paid..no further bookings will be taken.

GIFT - ‘PAY IT FORWARD’ $135/3HRS - $45/HR Have a friend in need? Know of someone that needs my services? Why not make a booking on their behalf? Can't think of a Christmas/Birthday Present?
