Where I work it’s all about the body, the female body and feeling empowered and comfortable in your own skin first and then the clothes, embracing all the curves and shapes is what I love the most. On a fitness level, I work out to keep the feminine, to work on the curves we were meant to have. My workouts are not about getting ripped abs or skinny shapeless legs, I workout to honor and maintain what I was born with. The female body is so complex, it changes day to day, but for those that are conscious of their shape and size, remember that the more unique and shapely you are, the more there is to admire. ❤️

The leg and butt journey. You have to have goals, the body and mind are ALWAYS a work in progress. Perfection doesn’t exist, but the journey in seeking it does, that is perfection. 🙏 In my fav workout space 😊

I’m in love, with mornings, the sunshine and this blissful practice of Yoga. A time where nothing else matters except for the dance of the breath and the body and the slow release of toxins within the body and the mind. This is love, where nothing else matters except for the moment, no judgement of what exists and what is coming and going. This is the art of living, the art of surrendering.

Bohemian Gypsy style originated with the poor, wearing whatever they could put together, the Gypsy girl was known to not give a hoot about fashion, now, the boho look is sought after, with women spending a lot of money just to look like a Gypsy goddess, It’s really simple actually, throw on some mismatched prints and wear it like they were meant to be. We embody our clothing and give it life, so if you feel good in it, you will look good in it.👌
