A zen mind is a fertile mind.
When the mind is zen, all actions become effortless and productive.
What used to be difficult begins to feel easy.
When the mind is zen, there is zero struggle and absolute flow.
From my years of being with meditators, I often hear that it has not been easy to keep a zen mind. They often felt that they have not meditated enough.
My experience is that it is not because they haven’t meditated enough.
It is mainly because they have not undo the patterns of resistances within them.
These patterns of resistances are often deep seated and cause agitation to the mind - subtly and not so subtly.
They are stored in the mental body, emotional body and energetic body, felt in the physical body as heaviness, discomfort and tightness.
When one gets locked in these patterns of resistances, it leaves them going around in circle, feel overwhelmed and drained.
When these patterns of resistances are released, the mind instantly quiets down, the nervous system unwind and the body relaxes.
Clients often experience gentle inner shifts with a heightened of awareness that leaves them feeling elevated, calm and clear.
They find it easy to take actions in areas of their life that used to feel difficult / impossible.
In Sundaram Space, we’ve developed a very effective way to release these resistances. We call it Rapid Resistance Release® or R3®.
This form of meditation helps you to release deep-seated patterns of resistances from the core of you so you can move forward to take pivotal actions in your personal life and professional career.

these can be done easily and in a relaxed manner when the resistance is zero.
I’ve designed R3® in a way that it suits new and seasoned meditators.
No prior meditation practice is required for this to be effective.
Prior meditation practice can be beneficial, not necessary.
