Have you ever calculated your life path number? ♉️✨ (comment if you want link to our video) 🔗

They essentially are a blueprint for how your life will progress. It goes into your strengths and weaknesses and “purpose” if you will. I find these things incredibly fascinating, if you choose to believe or not.

I’m certain there is some value for everyone, and as I briefly mentioned in the video it can be a great boost to understand yourself and give a sense of confidence. ✨

Recipe 📝
2 ripe bananas 🍌
1/2 cup plant milk 🥛
1/4 cup oats 🌾

Did you know that the first TEN minutes after you wake up are the most influential time, so it’s important to have a mindful routine ✨🧠 - I’m talking about NO snoozing darling
- Do a quick morning stretch
- Drink a big glass of water 💧 - Give yourself 30 minutes of no phone 📱🚫
- Put on some music and have a little shake, it will change your mood straight away 💃🏼
- A big nutritious breakfast will help you set up for a successful day ✨💫
