Did you know? Zeolites detox chlorine?

Who’s kids do swimming lessons?

Let’s not forget our skin is our biggest organ, and we’re soaking all that in every time we go to the pool 😬😬😬

Big companies in the US are using synthetic Zeolites to de-contaminate water supplies.

Very interesting -

Rural and municipal water distribution systems have chlorinated drinking water supplies for more than 70 years. Chlorine residuals must be present at the end of a distribution system to maintain drinking water safety. It is known that chlorine dissipates with time, high temperature and the amount of organics present; therefore, greater amounts of chlorine are needed to maintain these residuals.

When chlorinating water that contains higher levels of organics, a complex family of chemical compounds is created. These compounds are known as disinfection byproducts (DBPs) and include bromodichloromethane, bromoform, chloroform, dichloroacetic acid and bromate, which also include trihalomethanes (THMs). The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has mandated that systems serving 10,000 or more customers must regulate the amount of THMs present. Consequently, the Safe Drinking Water Act Amendments of 1996 required the EPA to reduce the levels of DBPs, including THMs.

Many water distribution systems higher in organics have recently added ammonia compounds to comply with the new DBPs rule. Ammonia lowers chlorine’s reaction with organics, which in turn lowers the amount of DBPs and THMs created. Because these ammonia compounds can’t be removed by standard water treatment methods, municipalities and water districts must notify high-risk users such as kidney dialysis patients, aquarium owners, and pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Chlorinating water that contains natural amounts of ammonia also produces chloramine compounds. Many regions throughout the world have high levels of naturally occurring ammonia. Water samples from Japan have contained ammonia levels as high as 14 to 18 parts per million (ppm). These forms of ammonia are produced naturally by the biological breakdown of nitrogenous matter that is present in highly organic soils and water.

The majority of chloramines, however, are generated by the addition of ammonia through water treatment facilities. These chloramines are often referred to as a monochloramine. When water is combined with chlorine and ammonia, three chloramine compounds can exist: monochloramine (NH2Cl), dichloramine (NHCl2) and trichloramine (NCl3). The predominant compound is affected by various reactions in water, such as pH, temperature, time, chlorine and ammonia ratios, and levels of organics. These newly created ammonia compounds attack rubber washers, toilet flappers and other household and commercial plumbing system components and are difficult to remove

So here's a crazy question - has anyone had eye issues since starting TRS? I've noticed changes in our eye color and I started reading up on iridology a bit with the presence of sulfur in the eyes. We have known issues with sulfur due to genetic mutations and I've noticed the sulfur rings in the center. All of us have had swollen eyes that are a little watery but not gunky. I dismissed it as exposure to sickness at first but I'm wondering if maybe it's due to detox of the eyes? Anyone else?
Update: check out my daughter's eyes!! Before/ After (added clearer "after" picture 4/6)

"VITAMIN" K 💉 given to infants within minutes of birth contain benzyl alcohol and Polysorbate 80, which target the liver (causing jaundice), and open up the blood brain barrier (exposing the central nervous system to viruses, bacteria, and toxins). How much synthetic vitamin K is in the shot? Shockingly, the national standard mandated by most states for US hospitals to administer is over 100 times the infant’s RDA of this nutrient. Since studies have linked large doses of synthetic vitamin K with childhood cancers and leukemia.

The fact is that medical science still does not know that much about the metabolic fate of vitamin K. Little to no unmetabolized vitamin K shows up in urine or bile. This is disturbing given the fact that vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin and therefore has the potential to accumulate in body tissues. More disturbing is that the liver of a newborn does not begin to function until 3 or 4 days after birth. As a result, this little being has very limited to no ability to detoxify the large dose of synthetic vitamin K and all other the dangerous ingredients in the 💉 cocktail.

A body filled with toxic substances such as heavy metals, is often confined in a state of weight-loss resistance.

Until toxins are cleared from the body, individuals will struggle to lose weight regardless of following a strict diet or exercise protocol.

Common sources of toxic heavy metals, like mercury and lead, include amalgam tooth fillings, vaccines. body care products, cosmetics, shampoo, cookware, seafood, and drinking water.

Heavy metal toxicity affects individuals at the cellular level, and compromises how well cells function. Considering the onslaught of toxins to which people are exposed today, and the coinciding obesity epidemic, a safe and effective heavy metal detoxification protocol is needed now more than ever before.

The Great Mineral Decline: Why Today's Soil Isn't What it Used to Be

Shared by Coseva

There's a quiet crisis happening in our food system, and it has nothing to do with calories, organic labels, or the latest diet trend. It's about what's missing from the very soil our food grows in—and by extension, what's missing from the fruits, vegetables, and grains we feed our families every day.

You might be doing everything right: shopping at farmers markets, choosing organic produce, preparing home-cooked meals. Yet despite your best efforts, you and your family may still be falling short on essential minerals that are critical for energy, immunity, and cellular function.

The reason? Modern agricultural practices have fundamentally changed the nutritional density of our food. And the science behind this decline is both fascinating and concerning.

Key Points:

• Decades of intensive farming have depleted essential minerals from our soil, resulting in produce that contains 10-40% fewer nutrients than it did 70 years ago, even when you eat a "perfect" diet.

• USDA data shows significant declines in calcium, iron, vitamin C, and other nutrients in common vegetables since the 1950s

• Minerals are essential cofactors for energy production, immune function, and thousands of cellular processes

• Modern farming practices (monocropping, synthetic fertilizers, soil erosion) have stripped soil of its mineral richness

• Advanced Fulvic helps bridge the gap by enhancing mineral absorption, supporting gut health, and optimizing cellular nutrient delivery

THE DATA DOESN'T LIE: OUR FOOD HAS CHANGED

In 2004, biochemist Donald Davis and his team at the University of Texas published a landmark study comparing USDA nutritional data for 43 garden crops between 1950 and 1999. What they found was startlingš.

After adjusting for water content, they discovered statistically significant declines in:

• Protein: 6% average decline

• Calcium: 16% average decline

• Iron: 15% average decline

• Vitamin B2: 38% average decline

• Vitamin C: 20% average decline

This wasn't an isolated finding. Similar research in the UK analyzed government food composition tables from 1940 to 2019 and found consistent downward trends in mineral content across fruits and vegetables². A 2024 review published in Nutrients documented what researchers called an "alarming decline in the nutritional quality of foods," with vegetables showing drops of up to 36% in iron and 26% in calcium over recent decades³.

The message is clear: the apple your grandmother ate in 1950 was nutritionally superior to the one you're eating today—even if both are organic.

WHY MINERALS MAY MATTER MORE THAN YOU THINK

Before we dive into what's causing this decline, let's talk about why it matters so profoundly for your family's health.

Minerals aren't just "nice to have" nutrients—they're essential cofactors for thousands of biochemical reactions happening in your body every single second.

Energy Production: Your mitochondria (the powerhouses of your cells) require magnesium, iron, zinc, and other trace minerals to produce ATP—the energy currency your body runs on. Without adequate minerals, energy production becomes inefficient, leading to the persistent fatigue so many people experience⁴.

Immune Function: Zinc, selenium, iron, and copper are all critical for immune cell development and function. Even marginal deficiencies can impair your immune system's ability to respond to threats⁾.

Cellular Communication: Minerals like calcium, magnesium, and potassium regulate how cells communicate with each other, how nutrients enter cells, and how waste products are removed.

Enzyme Activation: Hundreds of enzymes require specific minerals to function. Without them, critical processes like digestion, detoxification, and DNA repair slow down or stop entirely.

Brain Function: Iron, zinc, and magnesium are essential for neurotransmitter production and cognitive function. Deficiencies are linked to brain fog, poor concentration, and mood disturbances⁜.

When you understand how fundamental minerals are to every aspect of health, the mineral decline in our food becomes much more than an academic concern—it becomes a daily challenge for families trying to stay healthy.

WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR SOIL?

The mineral decline in our food isn't a mystery. It's the predictable result of how we've been farming for the past 70+ years.

Intensive Monocropping

Modern agriculture relies heavily on growing the same crop in the same field year after year. While this maximizes short-term yields, it continuously depletes the same minerals from the soil without giving it time to regenerate naturally.

Traditional farming practices included crop rotation and fallow periods that allowed soil to recover its mineral content. Today's industrial farming prioritizes productivity over soil health.

Synthetic Fertilizers

Modern fertilizers supply three primary nutrients: nitrogen 👎, phosphorus (P), and potassium (K). While these support plant growth and yield, they don't replace the full spectrum of trace minerals that plants—and ultimately humans—need.

Over time, soils become rich in N-P-K but depleted in selenium, zinc, iron, magnesium, and dozens of other trace minerals that are essential for human health⁡.

Soil Erosion and Loss of Organic Matter

Intensive tillage and lack of cover crops have led to massive soil erosion. A 2009 study by soil scientist, Rattan Lal, found that soil degradation reduces not just crop yields but also the concentrations of essential micronutrients like zinc, iron, selenium, and iodine in food crops⁸.

As topsoil—the most biologically active and mineral-rich layer—erodes away, what remains is less capable of producing nutrient-dense food.

High-Yield Varieties and the "Dilution Effect"

Plant breeders have successfully created varieties that produce larger yields and grow faster. But there's a trade-off: these high-yield crops often take up relatively more carbohydrates and water than minerals.

The result is what researchers call the "dilution effect"—bigger vegetables with lower nutrient density per gram¹. You're getting more food, but less nutrition per bite.

WHY EVEN A "PERFECT" DIET CAN LEAVE GAPS

Here's the frustrating reality: you can do everything right and still fall short on essential minerals.

You can:

• Shop organic

• Buy local and seasonal produce

• Prepare home-cooked meals

• Avoid processed foods

• Follow a "perfect" diet

And yet, because the soil itself is depleted, the food you're eating simply doesn't contain the mineral density it once did.

This isn't about blaming yourself or feeling like you're failing your family. It's about recognizing that the nutritional landscape has fundamentally changed, and we need to adapt our approach accordingly.

WHERE ADVANCED FULVIC FITS IN: BRIDGING THE MINERAL GAP

While a foundation of whole, nutrient-dense foods is always the goal, even the best diets can leave nutritional gaps due to modern soil depletion. That’s why adding targeted support like Advanced Fulvic can be such a valuable complement—helping you and your family get the most from the healthy choices you make.

We created Advanced Fulvic specifically to address the mineral gap created by modern agriculture.

What Makes Advanced Fulvic Different

Delivers 70+ Trace Minerals: Advanced Fulvic provides a comprehensive spectrum of bioavailable trace minerals that are increasingly absent from modern diets—including selenium, zinc, iron, magnesium, and dozens of others your body needs for optimal function.

Enhances Mineral Absorption by Up to 300%: Fulvic acid acts as a natural chelator, binding to minerals and making them more bioavailable. Research shows fulvic acid can improve your body’s absorption of minerals from both foods and supplements by up to 300%, helping you get more out of every healthy choice you make⁹.

Supports Gut Health: Your gut is where nutrient absorption happens, and fulvic acid has been shown to support gut barrier integrity, promote beneficial bacteria, and reduce inflammation—all of which optimize your body's ability to extract nutrients from food¹⁰.

Optimizes Cellular Nutrient Delivery: Fulvic acid's unique molecular structure allows it to transport nutrients directly into cells, ensuring that the minerals you consume actually reach the tissues that need them.

Supports Mitochondrial Function: By delivering essential mineral cofactors to your mitochondria, Advanced Fulvic supports optimal energy production at the cellular level.

A MODERN SOLUTION FOR A MODERN PROBLEM

The great mineral decline isn't going to reverse itself anytime soon. Rebuilding soil health on a large scale will take decades of changed agricultural practices.

In the meantime, your family needs minerals today—for energy, immunity, cognitive function, and the thousands of cellular processes that keep you healthy and thriving.

Advanced Fulvic represents a bridge between the nutritionally-depleted food system we have and the mineral-rich nutrition our bodies were designed to receive.

It's not about replacing real food. It's about ensuring that despite the limitations of modern agriculture, your family still gets the essential minerals they need to flourish.

YOUR FAMILY DESERVES COMPLETE NUTRITION

You work hard to feed your family well. You read labels, make thoughtful choices, and prioritize nutrition. You deserve to know that those efforts are actually translating into the mineral nutrition your family needs.

Advanced Fulvic helps ensure that despite the challenges of modern agriculture, your family isn't left with nutritional gaps that can impact energy, immunity, and long-term health.

Because you shouldn't have to eat twice as much broccoli as your grandmother did just to get the same nutrition.

Have you heard? First world study on tampons reveals alarming levels of lead and arsenic, even in organic options! 😩🤯😳

“The walls of the human va**na are lined with a highly absorptive tissue that has the potential to soak up stray pollutants – like metals – that would circulate in the bloodstream without being filtered by the liver first.

So anything that's going in there needs to be carefully considered, including sanitary items like tampons. Up to 86 percent of menstruating women in the US use tampons to absorb their menstrual blood.”

Perhaps this explains why some ladies feel so unwell after using tampons!

And yes, TRS does remove both lead AND arsenic AND all the other heavy metals found in the study!! 🫧🫧

08/02/2026

Silicone Breast Implants are made with Heavy Metals and so are the outer shells of Saline implants. Saline breast implants often can grow mold and fungus in them due to leaky valves which in turn leaks back into the body leading to disease.

“There are heavy metals in breast implants. Heavy metals can cause fatigue, damage the brain, lungs, kidney, liver, blood composition and most organs. Longterm exposures to metals can cause progression to diseases such as MS, Parkinsons, Alzheimers and muscular dystrophy. Repeated and longterm exposures to some metals can even cause cancer. The toxicity levels of many heavy metals is just slightly above levels naturally found in our environments.

Unknown to most users of saline and silicone breast implants, silicones used to make breast implants contain an array of toxic chemicals and many heavy metals. It is heavy metals that give silicone it’s various consistencies in order to manufacture the different components of a breast implant such as the shell, patch to seal the shell and silicone gel filling. The latest generation of silicone breast implants known as ‘cohesive gel silicone implants’ contain more heavy metals than the previous non-cohesive silicones used in earlier versions of breast implants.

In the history of breast implants and documented by the FDA in their various Pre Market Assessments, it is well known that heavy metals of silicone such as platinum and others are not stable in the either the shell or the gel filling of breast implants and these shell defects and gel filling defects have never been solved. Both breast implant shells and the gel filling regularly fail and the chemicals and heavy metals of silicone bleed, leak and rupture contaminating users of breast implants much earlier than they anticipate and including cohesive gel silicones. We have many documented photos of cohesive gel implants that became puddles of silicone in women’s chests.

All chemicals and metals used in breast implants should be listed in the Summary of Safety and Effectiveness Data (SSEDs) documents for each implant type approved to be on the market; however, this is not the case. The various toxic chemicals of silicone are hidden behind the general words used for silicones, such as “siloxanes” or “dimethylsiloxanes” in these documents. The SSEDs do list some heavy metals used. Here are some of the SSEDs from the FDA’s website for breast implants on the market, which may be applicable to your breast implants:”-HBII
