It’s probably time I properly introduced myself 👋
I’m Kailas, the face behind LYFE Mind & Body.
A few years ago, I was deep in research and health psychology, analysing behaviour change on paper… but what really lit me up was helping people apply it in real life.
Because here’s what I kept seeing:
Capable. Intelligent. Driven people.
Still stuck in cycles of inconsistency.
That’s why I started LYFE - to make behaviour change practical, not theoretical.
A few things about me:
• I’m endlessly curious about why humans do what we do
• I believe health should feel empowering, not punishing
• I’m a Sunshine Coast local who thrives on calm environments, good seafood, and strong coffee ☕️
