Handstands are one of THE MOST important and fundamental skills in gymnastics!🤸🏽‍♂️ Our Gym 4 Bronze girls working on their L handstand technique and control to better master their full handstands!!🤩

Our Kindergym classes provide the perfect environment for little ones to play, learn and explore! 🤩 We love using equipment set ups to help stimulate and challenge our strong little gymnasts💪🏽🤸🏽‍♂️🤪

We hope you’re enjoying your long weekend 😊 Tomorrow we are closed for the public holiday but we are back Tuesday.

Tuesday we have
7am Core Pilates 🧘‍♂️
8am Core Pilates 🧘
9:15am Fusion 🏋️‍♀️

Tuesday morning we also have Kindergym 9:30am-10:15 and 10:30am-11:15am ! 😁 Then we have gymnastics all afternoon from 3:30pm-7:00pm ! 🤸🏽‍♂️

Boxing is back 4:45-5:45pm 🥊🥊

Strength class is a mixture of upper, lower, and full body heavy and light weight exercises to strengthen the entire body. Strength class from 6-7pm on Thursday is run by Jay and is an entire body workout with a partner.
