✨ Feelings Pie Time! 🥧
Kids explored the big world of emotions by creating our own “Feelings Pies.” Each pie represented something they felt — happy, silly, excited, thankful, and everything in between.
They also added little gratitude notes to the people who support them every day. 💛
Understanding our feelings and expressing appreciation are both powerful steps in building emotional awareness and resilience.

In this week’s arts & crafts activity, our young clients explored gratitude by decorating their own “thankful turkey” tails.
These simple creative moments help kids identify positive emotions, deepen self-awareness, and celebrate the people and things that make them feel safe and cared for.💛🎨🦃

🌿 Self-sabotage can wear many disguises.
Sometimes, it shows up as overthinking, perfectionism, or comparing ourselves to others. These patterns often come from a place of fear or past hurt — not failure.
At Resilient Mind Psychotherapy, we help you recognize these patterns with compassion and build healthier ways to support your growth and healing. 💛
✨ You don’t have to face it alone. Healing starts with awareness.

Due to my own struggles with anxiety and depression from early childhood, I have made it my mission to help those dealing with anxiety/panic disorders, depression and self-love.
As one of my endeavors in 2016, I began the Facebook group “GroupTherapy BY yana” as a social movement to provide women with a positive outlet to anonymously ask questions, with a vision of creating a virtual support system and reducing the stigma of mental health issues. Today, “Group Therapy BY yana” has grown to 12,000 female members with over 2,000 anonymous concerns. (Group Therapy by Yana Facebook Group)
In 2017, I wrote two personal blogs titled “11 Simple Strategies I Use to Help Ease My Anxiety” and “Some Do’s and Don’ts for Living With Anxiety” that were published on “The Mighty” and “Thought Catalog” popular mental health blog sites. (https:thoughtcatalog.com) (https:themighty.com)
Today, Resilient Mind Psychotherapy is the way I am turning my MESS into a MESSAGE.
At Resilient Mind Psychotherapy, we are dedicated to providing an empathetic and nonjudgmental environment where your concerns are heard and solutions are explored.
