Surrounded by the vast stillness of the desert, I’ve been reminded of how powerful it can be to simply pause. Stepping back from teaching for a little while has given me space to breathe, reset, and reconnect with myself. In the silence, in the wide open sky, I’ve found a sense of grounding that I didn’t know I needed. This pause has been a gift—one that’s helping me return with more clarity, softness, and intention.
