🥝 I've been working with my naturopath since well before conception, for a total of about 2 years. I am the HEALTHIEST I've been in that time at 12 weeks post partum! I've worked very hard to look after myself. We have some upcoming surprises, all centered around nourshing the mother in the sacred fourth trimester. Let's re-write the script of post partum depletion. I will be sharing more food-focused content and will be upskilling body work offerings over the next couple of months! 🥝

⭐️ Hi again! Welcoming myself back to the world as a new Mama😍 my own Mama has bought me an amazing dehydrator and I'm going to be selling crap-free pup treats and chews. I hope to return to being active on here and slowly update as I start selling treats, return to massage/reiki and begin studying again over the next year.
