This retreat is an invitation to step out of the noise and return to the wisdom of the body, the breath and the heart.

During this 3-hour journey weโ€™ll work with the Throat Chakra ๐Ÿฉต the centre of truth, expression and authentic voice.
The place where we stop holding everything inโ€ฆ and start allowing life to move through us.

This afternoon is designed as a progressive, step-by-step journey, where each practice prepares and supports the next.

๐Ÿซ Ceremonial cacao โ€” arriving & opening

We begin with ceremonial cacao, used in ritual and ceremony for thousands of years to support connection, intention and presence.

Cacao naturally increases blood flow and oxygenation, gently lifts mood and supports emotional openness while helping the nervous system soften and slow down.

This first step allows you to transition out of daily life and into a more present, receptive and heart-centred state.

๐Ÿง˜ Intuitive yoga flow - awakening & reconnecting with the body

We then move into an intuitive yoga flow suitable for all levels.

This practice is not about performance or flexibility. It is about reconnecting with the body, releasing physical tension and creating space for breath and energy to move more freely.

Through gentle movement and awareness, we begin shifting from thinking โ†’ sensing, allowing the body to feel safe, open and ready for deeper inner work.

๐ŸŒฌ Heart coherence & Throat Chakra meditation - regulating & preparing the system

Next we move into heart coherence, a guided breathing practice that helps bring the nervous system into balance and create a deep sense of safety and presence.

From this grounded state, we explore a guided meditation on the Throat Chakra, the centre that bridges the heart and mind and governs authentic expression and deep listening.

Together we explore the archetypes of this energy centre, what blocks self-expression, its symbolism and emotional themes, and its association with the thyroid and parathyroid glands which regulate metabolism.

๐Ÿ’ซ Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork - release & clarity

We then move into a Guided Conscious Connected Breathwork journey.

This is a powerful, supported breathing practice that helps release stored stress, emotional tension and mental noise from the body.

Many people experience emotional release, clarity and insight, a sense of lightness and relief, and a deeper reconnection with themselves.

๐Ÿ•ฏ Yin-inspired yoga & sound journey - integration & restoration

We close with a yin-inspired practice and sound journey designed to support integration.

After deep breathwork, the nervous system needs time and space to settle and restore. Gentle long-held poses combined with sound and vibration allow the body to absorb and integrate the experience.

This final stage helps you leave feeling grounded, calm, supported and deeply relaxed.

This retreat is not about becoming someone new.

The Year of the Horse has just begun, and its first invitation is grounding and presence.
Before movement and momentum, there is a moment to land, stabilise and reconnect with yourself.

At the same time, we are stepping into the eclipse corridor, the powerful window between two eclipses that carries us into early March.

A New Moon Solar Eclipse marks a new beginning.
It illuminates what has been hidden and invites us to realign with what is true.

This is an important moment for inner realignment before the year gathers speed.
What you stabilise now becomes the ground you stand on as momentum increases.
Fire without structure leads to burnout โ€” but fire within structure becomes propulsion.

This is why we meet each Sunday: to regulate, reset and reconnect together.

The most important energy centre: the place where we create coherence in the body and in life.

Iโ€™m opening a few spots for something new ๐Ÿ’›


Over the past few years, my work has slowly evolved , I realised that midlife bodies donโ€™t need harder workouts, they need smarter ones.
That completely changed how I coach: from very intense, high-intensity workouts into something deeper and more complete.

I kept seeing the same pattern with women 40+:
working harder, trying more HIIT, pushing moreโ€ฆ and feeling more tired, sore or stuck.

So I created semi-private coaching (only 2 women per session).

This is calm, personalised and supportive.
Not a bootcamp. Not a gym class.

We combine:
โœจ somatic strength training
โœจ breathwork retraining, for nervous system regulation and performance.
โœจ real muscle building for midlife
โœจ training that supports hormones and energy

This is for women who want to feel strong, capable and at home in their body again. Naturally.

This work is becoming more visible, and it makes me so happy to see it reaching more people.

Our nervous systems were never designed for the pace and pressure of modern life. Learning how to regulate, expand our capacity, slow down and reconnect is becoming essential.

This is Somatic Resistance Training โ€” breath-led strength work designed for women 40+ navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Here, strength isnโ€™t about pushing harder.
Itโ€™s about building muscle, supporting your nervous system, and training in a way that actually works with your hormones, not against them.

We focus on:
โ€ข resistance training to maintain and build muscle
โ€ข breath-led movement to support regulation and recovery
โ€ข balance and posture for everyday strength
โ€ข training in very small groups so youโ€™re seen, not shouted at

Move with ease.

Iโ€™m opening a small, supportive movement and breathing program for elders, designed to support everyday life : walking, standing, reaching, balance, and feeling steady in your body.

A strong focus of these sessions is breathing, because how we breathe affects far more than we realise.

Gentle, guided breathing can help:
โ€ข calm the nervous system
โ€ข support conditions like high blood pressure and chronic stress
โ€ข improve energy and circulation
โ€ข make movement feel easier and safer

From there, we build functional strength and mobility:
โ€ข balance and stability to reduce falls
โ€ข posture and joint mobility
โ€ข strength for day-to-day tasks (getting up, carrying, reaching)

This is not a gym and not about pushing harder.
Itโ€™s calm, respectful, and practical, movement that supports real life, done in very small groups so everyone is seen and supported.
