This retreat is for:

• The experienced freediver seeking depth beyond performance and numbers.
• The beginner who feels called to water, breath, and mindfulness but intimidated by traditional freediving culture.
• The sensitive soul navigating burnout, transition, heartbreak, emotional heaviness, or inner change.
• The seeker craving meaning, presence, authentic connection, and space to breathe in a world that feels increasingly loud and overstimulating.
This is not a performance-based retreat.
Not about competition.
Not about pushing harder.
This is about slowing down enough to hear yourself again.
Through freediving, breathwork, yoga, sound healing, nervous system regulation, and ocean immersion, we create a safe and supportive environment where people can reconnect with themselves through water, movement, stillness, and conscious breath.
Not about how deep you dive in the ocean.
It’s about how deeply you meet yourself.
Many people arrive overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted.
They leave calmer.
