LIPOEDEMA AWARENESS MONTH | Conservative Management is about reducing pain, inflammation, swelling, discomfort and hopefully slow down progression.
What works for one person, may not work for another. There are many things you can do to help manage Lipoedema, you need to work out what is best for YOU and YOUR day to day schedule.
Yes walking/exercising in water is amazing for our lymph system, but if you hate water, it will cause more stress than wellness. So find an exercise you enjoy!
If the thought of wearing compression daily is causing you stress, maybe a compression pump is better suited? There is no set rule you must follow.

*Taking care of your mental health

Find what you enjoy, then you are more likely to do it. If you miss a day, that's ok, there is always tomorrow. The best thing you can do for your Lymphatic System is to look after your mental health/stress levels. Be kind to yourself, take each day as it comes💚
