“Today, I sat and reflected on my life. Been over four decades. Half of that has been hands on- helping people be well in professional setting. This didn’t develop and happen just like that … there was a strong foundation embedded to help others from young age.

I want to remind you that we are all in service business- all of us. We serve at home to our loved ones, children, parents, siblings…We serve community and serve people in professional settings. It’s the service to others that really fulfil , empowers and energises us. Through empowering others we feel empowered.

Staying focused on the outcome and putting our energy into what’s important to us will reward us .
The most important reward that I am grateful for is the blessings- gratitude from those I got to serve- no money can buy that . This is the most rich form of energy exchange.
