My first year of teaching yoga has been an incredible journey, filled with a wide range of opportunities at childcare centres here in Mackay, Qld. It’s truly been a blessing to guide children in their yoga practice and watch them grow. There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes—sometimes I wish I had more photos to capture the moments—but we’re always focused on being present and in the moment. It’s all about embracing that calm, mindful energy.

Looking ahead, 2025 is shaping up to be even more exciting still partnering with Breathe & Flow Yoga. Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a peaceful holiday season!

Molly’s 8th birthday was a celebration of mindfulness, movement, and joy as she gathered her closest friends for a unique yoga-themed party. Between poses, there were moments of stillness and reflection, as participants closed their eyes and tuned into there breath, grounding themselves in the present moment. The day had been filled with laughter, love and the transformative power of yoga was so magical!! ✨🧚‍♀️🪬

So blessed to have had the opportunity to share my passion for yoga with other free yogi spirits.
