Do you have days where you have lost motivation? This was me this morning. It was cold and wet and I just felt sluggish.
My body was screaming at me for a detox… I new I had things to do but I just wanted to stay snuggled in bed with my dogs…
But I got myself up, had my cacao, got dressed, put on some music and danced my way around cleaning my house and doing some business things.
Later I might do a meditation 🥰
