Hi, I'm Libby, a Wellbeing Educator with over 20 years of experience in Community Mental Health, Parent Support, Child Safety Training, and Family Support, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals and families navigate the complex challenges life presents. My work spans across all ages and backgrounds, including new mums, children, teens, adults, LGBTIQA+ communities, and families. As a mother to four incredible children, 2 bios and 2 foster children, I know firsthand the struggles of parenting through Mental Illness, Neurodiversity, and complex trauma. My own journey, shaped by childhood and adult trauma, has fuelled my passion for equipping children, teens, adults and families to handle life's challenges, big or small. As a Wellbeing Educator, I focus on empowering individuals and families to enhance their mental, emotional, and physical health. I provide guidance, resources, and strategies to help build resilience, manage stress, and improve overall quality of life. - Protective Behaviours for Children from 5 years old in-home or as a workshop. The Protective Behaviours workshops for children are designed to be age-appropriate and engaging, using activities, discussions, and role-playing to help children understand their rights and develop practical strategies for staying safe. The emphasis is on empowerment, ensuring that children know they have the right to speak up and seek help if they ever feel unsafe.
- Wellbeing and Resilience Building for children 6 years old, teens, adults, families in-home or as a workshop. My Wellbeing and Resilience Building Program is designed to help you navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and confidence. Throughout the program, you'll gain a deep understanding of your stress response and learn to recognize how stress affects your body and emotions. I’ll guide you through practical techniques that will help you calm your mind and body, making it easier to manage stress in your daily life. Building your confidence and developing positive thinking skills are key components of this program. These skills will enable you to approach challenges, setbacks, and changes with resilience and optimism. You'll also learn effective problem-solving strategies, allowing you to tackle issues without falling into the traps of stress or overthinking, helping you make clear and confident decisions. Together, we’ll work on identifying your core strengths, values, and future goals. By focusing on what truly matters to you, you’ll move closer to a happier, more satisfying, and successful life.
