Two quick whip-ups in the TM7 yesterday morning between a few loads of washing, an appointment, and catching up with some friends - proof that homemade can still happen on a busy day 🙌

On the menu was Wagon Wheel Slice and a Portuguese loaf of bread 🍞

This time I cooked the bread in my Firra Cast Iron Dutch Oven and added an extra 15 minutes - it turned out even better than usual with such a beautiful crust!

Getting organised for the week ahead today with a little meal planning session 📝✨

The last two weeks have felt a bit chaotic without a proper plan 😅

Not knowing what’s for dinner each night has had that ripple effect on everything else - from grocery shopping to work lunches and just feeling less organised overall 🤯

This is exactly why I love meal planning with Cookidoo® 🙌

Throwing it back to this Chicken & Corn Soup I made last year in my TM6 🤪📸

The photography might be a little questionable 🤣 but the soup was definitely a winner, and I have a feeling it’ll be making another appearance very soon … this time in the TM7 😉

Super tired after a long week at work (5 whole days for a change 🤪), and hit that classic “what’s for dinner?” moment because I didn’t meal plan on the weekend … and definitely regretted it all week 😅

So I pulled on the big girl pants and decided on a Fakeaway Friday with KFC chicken wraps 🌯

Of course, no wraps in the freezer, so I had to whip up a fresh batch, plus make more KFC seasoning while I was at it 🙈

Thank goodness for the TM7 and air fryer, because we could have very easily leaned towards official takeaway and instantly regretted it 😂 This way = no regrets, dollars saved, and no blergh feeling afterwards!

Even better, I got to pick fresh lettuce from my new veggie patch 🥬 Super glad I took the advice from the guy at the Bunbury Markets and planted his NZ lettuce recommendation.

Bonus: guess what Dave’s taking to work for lunch tomorrow? 🤪
