Are you an experienced, caring, and reliable Disability Support Worker looking for consistent night shifts? Join our supportive team and make a difference across our 3 Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes all based in Bunbury! 💙

What you’ll do:

✨ Provide personal care and overnight support
✨ Assist residents with a variety of disabilities (physical, intellectual, psychosocial)
✨ Follow individual care and behaviour support plans
✨ Complete documentation & ensure a safe, calm home environment
✨ Help with domestic tasks and morning routines

What you’ll need:

✅ Cert III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or Community Services

✅ Extensive experience supporting people with diverse needs

✅ Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC & First Aid/CPR

Our South West branch has been up and running since November 2023 and we pride ourselves in having specialised management and support staff with local, grass roots knowledge and experience.
