Here’s a rollerball blend to make to support your respiratory system .

✨10 drops Frankincense EO

✨8 drops Easy Air EO

✨5 drops Lime EO

✨8 drops Douglas Fir EO

Add to a 10ml rollerball bottle and fill the remainder of the rollerball bottle with fractionated coconut oil .

Apply to the chest and throat area as required .

🔆Please note these are Adult dilution ratios . There are different dilution ratios for children and the elderly .

Turning the flavour up a notch of tonight’s Chicken , Sweet Potato and Chickpea Curry with the addition of a drop each of doTERRA Turmeric and Ginger EO to my bowl after heating .

It was around this time 11 years ago that I brought my first doTERRA essential oils buying myself my own Mothers Day gift to myself with a gift pack of Citrus Bliss , Balance and Lavender .

doTERRA essential oils had come up on my newsfeed . I loved the way they looked , I found someone local where I could purchase . I didn’t even smell them before brought them , all I knew was that they were the oils that I just had to have .

Each Monday at our weekly business call we do a card pull from one of our favourite card decks from the beautiful Monica .official Oracle of the Essences for our week ahead .
