Take a moment or however much time you need. Your body, your nervous system, your mind depends on it 🤍
Sit and feel into the thoughts and feelings. Process them now. Rest, nourish your body with foods and drinks that replenish.
Massage and Bowen therapy is a gentle way to relax the body and mind, takes you from flight and fight to rest and digest.
Grounding, going for a swim in the ocean deep breaths and meditation are all great ways to rest and digest.

ANZAC Day is a time to reflect, show gratitude, and find stillness in remembrance.

As we remember their strength and resilience, may we also take a moment to care for our own wellbeing—mind, body, and spirit.

5 Tips to maintain a healthy Fascia.

1/ Stay Hydrated
Drinking enough water throughout the day keeps it hydrated, flexible, reduces stiffness and to function properly.
2/ Regular Movement
Moving your body keeps you flexible, prevents it from becoming tight and restricted.Be sure to include stretching ( light and deep), foam rolling, yoga or light exercise into your day to day routine.
3/Booking in for regular Massage
Massage & Bowen therapy will aid in releasing tension and break up restrictions in the fascia. This promotes better movement and reduces pain.
4/ Reduce Stress
Practicing Mediation, breathing techniques, mindfulness. Emotions if not released become trapped and cause blockages and pain. Learn to manage and become aware and allow your body to relax and recharge.
5/ Good posture.
Poor posture could lead to restricted and tight fascia which contributes to neck, shoulder and lower back pain. Being mindful of how you sit, stand, walk and work to prevent fascia related discomfort.
