Have you noticed there are no mirrors in the studio?
Your practice, both Yoga & Pilates, should be an internal practice, learning the subtleties & nuances of your own body, then creating & cultivating ways to move that serve you best.
How you look in a mirror during your movement is completely irrelevant.
You might be able to create a pretty shape or take a deep progression of an exercise that looks good, but you might feel uncomfortable or unstable.
Academic research points to how different our anatomy & bone structure is, so how can we possibly use the mirror as a "gauge".
Worry about how you feel,always, not how you look.
