The Unicycle Challenge looks set for Friday!
Yesterday ✅ achieved the distance.
However 🤔 weaving through 72 cones is the hard part...😟

I later asked, "how do I weave around the cones?"
He replied: "Just don't hit them".

Glad to get some old school coaching from an expert whilst at the Bargara Skate Rink.

OVER $1,000 RAISED & 10 Days to Go !! 💙

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported so far – together, we’ve smashed past $1,000 for Prostate Cancer 🙌 Your generosity means the world, and it’s all part of raising awareness this September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month.

So, as much as we love bringing awareness - this doesn't end in September.⬇️

Prostate cancer facts you should know:

✅ It’s the most common cancer in Australian men.
✅Often, there are no symptoms in the early stages.
✅ Later symptoms can include: difficulty urinating, getting up often at night, blood in urine or semen, or even unexplained pain in the lower back/hips.

👉 The good news? Early detection saves lives.

If you’re over 50 (or over 40 with a family history), have a chat with your GP about a simple PSA blood test. It is minimally invasive, and could make the difference.

So, I’ll be wrapping up this awareness month with my challenge in just 10 days (head shave + unicycle cone weave 🚴‍♂️✂️).

On a personal note, I can reach 40 metres on the unicycle - which is still not enough to weave through 72 CONES!
