Spring into garden mode! ๐ฉโ๐พ๐จโ๐พ
The weather is warming up, it is time to nurture your green thumb and enjoy the outdoors ๐ฑ๐ณ๐บ๐
While digging, planting, mowing, raking and tending to your garden, don't forget to stretch and take care of your body too !
Here are some helpful tips for maintaining your spinal health this Spring ๐
๐ฑGardening is just like exercise, make sure you do some gentle stretches before you get started.
๐ฟIf you are going to be lifting heavy objects, be sure to bend your knees, use a wheelbarrow if you have one handy.
๐Make sure you have all the right tools on hand for the job.

๐ผTake regular breaks, keep hydrated, and remember to keep stretching.
