Meet Paul: A friendly face in our support team
We believe that the best support comes from people who actually take the time to listen, and Paul is a perfect example of that. With a few years of experience across mental health, aged care, and independent living, he understands that every person’s needs are different.
For Paul, the goal is simple: helping you feel more confident and independent in your own life. He’s known for his respectful, easygoing approach and his ability to really hear what someone needs to feel safe and supported.
Getting to know Paul
When he’s not working, Paul is usually busy with his own hobbies. He’s into gaming, enjoys getting out for a walk, spends time in the garden, and has a real interest in motorbikes. He finds that these shared interests are often the best way to build a real connection and have a bit of a yarn while getting things done.
Paul is currently available Monday to Friday to support male participants. As he puts it: "I look forward to getting started with you and supporting your journey."
