5 months Post hip replacement surgery and this class has literally changed the entire dynamic of my body.
Here’s some of what I learned:
Move at your own pace so that you may Focus on the movement in the moment.
Don’t rush
It’s not a race
More isn’t better
More is just more
And
Better is better
Don’t get confused.
Challenge flexes more that your muscles… it builds resilience and fosters commitment to yourself while you get to experience progress.
Suffering is good… when you get to choose your suffering.
And
Falling over, losing your balance and discovering your weaknesses are just as helpful as holding your ground, maintaining balance and exploring your strengths…
My ego however appreciates the former in small doses 😂
