This Saturday 10:30am
I’m running a live demonstration at where I’ll be working on two volunteers on the table while I teach about how your body’s own intelligence activates to support you.

If you’ve been carrying tension that won’t shift, feeling stuck in your body, or just know something is off but can’t figure out what... this might be the session that changes things for you.

You’ll get a full hands-on experience that most people only access in a private clinical setting. And you’ll understand more about what’s actually happening in your body than you have in years.

Heart Coherence and the intelligence of your body

I am holding a one-hour live experience at exploring Heart Coherence and the Spinal Wave.

At its core, this is about safety in the body.

When the heart and nervous system fall out of rhythm, we compensate.

We tighten.
We brace.
We adapt.

When coherence returns, something softens.

Breathing changes.
Posture shifts.
Awareness expands.

During this session we will explore:

💫The connection between heart rhythm and stored tension
💫 How breath opens space where we have been holding
💫 Why certain emotional patterns live in specific areas of the body
💫What it feels like when the nervous system reorganizes

5 months Post hip replacement surgery and this class has literally changed the entire dynamic of my body.

Here’s some of what I learned:

Move at your own pace so that you may Focus on the movement in the moment.

Don’t rush

It’s not a race

More isn’t better

More is just more

And

Better is better

Don’t get confused.

Challenge flexes more that your muscles… it builds resilience and fosters commitment to yourself while you get to experience progress.

Suffering is good… when you get to choose your suffering.

And

Falling over, losing your balance and discovering your weaknesses are just as helpful as holding your ground, maintaining balance and exploring your strengths…

My ego however appreciates the former in small doses 😂

It’s not just higher learning… it’s really higher sharing.
At its most basic root, the word doctor comes from the Latin verb docēre, which means “to teach”.

From this root:
• doctor literally meant “teacher” or “one who instructs”
• doctrina meant teaching, learning, or instruction
• docens meant teaching

In medieval universities, a doctor was not primarily a healer. A doctor was someone who had earned the authority to teach in a particular field of knowledge. Medicine came later as just one domain among others like theology, law, and philosophy.

So at its core, the word doctor means:
one who teaches, guides understanding, and brings knowledge into clarity.

It’s like resetting your computer for your fascia. It may not solve all your problems but it’s one of the most effective techniques that you can use to work through old chronic patterns in fascia. It enhances blood flow and healing dramatically. The redness you see is called petechiae and it’s caused by the releasing of the micro capillaries that have frown and developed in response to aberrant fascia patterns. Where focus goes energy flows… in yogic traditions they call this Dhristi. Tony Robbins talks about the choice you have in choosing your focus.
That doesn’t mean you don’t see and focus on the stressful stuff. It does mean that you don’t live with that focus. Focusing on your stress is the 1% of the 💯 and where you spend that other 99% is up to you.
So, when you catch yourself lamenting on the 1% make the conscious choice to shift the remaining 99% on the gifts, the solutions, and your progression rather than regression.
And
Keep adjusting because it will continue to sneak in under your awareness, until it doesn’t.
