Empowered Futures Pty Ltd is a Queensland based specialist disability organisation operating since 2013. We support families to empower their loved one to move into an independent living setting. We specialise in one-off family centred bespoke solutions in all aspects of support for those with complex and multiple disabilities and an underlying health condition such as uncontrolled seizures - we s
pecialise is establishing Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes. These can be in an SDA (Specialist Disability Accomodation) house or a home owned or built by the family. Empowered Futures is the outward expression of the internal passions of parents and professionals Brett & Carolyn Swann. Brett & Carolyn have combined their professional experience with their own personal journey of caring for their daughter Lucy to establish a high quality individually focussed disability organisation. It is our passion to challenge the way disability services are currently delivered. We focus on small numbers of Participants requiring high intensity and complex supports. As a family owned and operated organisation we provide individually tailored solutions to meet each family’s unique needs.
