Join .by.kristi every Tuesday at 7:15pm and journey through the Chakras with this beautiful act of self-care. Shift your energy and cultivate deep rest and relaxation.

You can expect:
Each week we will work with one chakra and begin with a chakra focused meditation, followed by a series of yin poses relating to that chakra and concluding with a chakra crystal singing bowl soundscape shavasana.

Ideal for beginners to advanced practitioners.
