Hi, I’m Kev. My wife, Toni, and I own and operate our unique private fitness and weight training studio on our property here in Bungendore. Spartan PT was founded in 2011 and our clients have lost a combined total of over 1400kg in nearly 10 years. We specialise purely on 1 on 1 personal training on an appointment only basis. All training is done on very high quality commercial equipment and a crisp clean environment.
As the owner, I am Cert III and IV in Fitness qualified and also hold a Master Degree in Nutritional Biochemistry and Exercise Science through the prestigious Precision Nutrition academy in Canada founded by Dr John Berardi PhD. With well over 15 years experience in the fitness game, I assure you that you’re in very good hands.
