Amazing work from my client! Around 8 weeks difference and 5.3kg down and 9cm off her waist. She is looking and feeling completely different and working on her baits as we go. Things have been far from perfect in life and habits, but all those small efforts add up into big progress as long as you keep going!

We’re halfway to stage! 12 weeks down, 12 weeks to go. I’m 8kg down, 6cm off my hips.
Honestly the first few months were not really a struggle. Now it differs day to day. Some days my energy tanks and the next I’m on top of the world. I love my home made clean food but I miss trying new fun foods at markets etc.
workout are good, slowly progressing or holding the weight I lift. Sleep is somehow the best it’s ever been probably because I’m prioritizing routine and getting to bed early.
It’s been fantastic having and the team behind me, I’ve loved meeting the other girls and practicing posing with a crowd 😬

Monika is down 18kg and 19cm off her hips
She has dieted down for a while now and we noticed her energy was not what it used to be. So now we’re in a diet break, recovery phase getting her body feeling good again, eating more and building muscle. A recent win is she went a whole 8 weeks without takeaway for a recent challenge. She is now meal prep queen, and in an amazing routine. Well done girl! šŸ™Œ
