Tahini Banana Glow Toast
• 1 slice sourdough rye
• 1 tbsp tahini
• 1 ripe banana, sliced
• Drizzle of raw honey
• Sprinkle: sunflower, pumpkin, chia & black seeds

This combo is full of healthy fats, magnesium, fibre and skin-loving nutrients. Plus, it’s delicious.
