Gday Shredders, I'm super excited to be sharing some powerful tools for your fitness and life journey at our Reconnect Breathwork session tonight at 6.30pm in the Doghouse room.

We will be running through, how to:

• Regulate stress in the body
• Tap into more power and endurance during your training sessions
• Tune into breath awareness daily for better physical and mental health
• Increase your overall health and wellbeing
• Make time to relax especially when you don't have time to relax.

And of course I'll be guiding you through a ReConnect Breathwork Journey.

If your new to breathwork or are a seasoned pro it's all good this is for everybody no matter where you are at in your life.

2022 Such an Amazing year filled with contrast and learnings.

Thank you for joining me and the team for an Amazing adventure through breath and deep exploration of self.

Learning more and more about the depth of knowledge that we never thought we had,

The sheer Grit and Determination that drove us through obstacles we may have never faced before.

And yet here we are...we are still standing. ✊️
